As well as, distribution centers in every continent. We came to São Paulo, Brazil in 1956 to satisfy the existing demand for Starrett products. With our gradual growth in the marketplace, acquiring a plot of 350,000 square meters in Itu became a necessity. The o cial grand opening took place in November 1975. Focused on production, sale, and distribution of saws, tools, and measuring instruments, we use superior raw materials and high-end technology to manufacture our products. These are continuously improving based on the tradition of our American headquarters, which is considered ONE OF THE LARGEST TOOL MANUFACTURERS IN THE WORLD. Make sure you are always accompanied by a Starrett employee. Keep your badge visible at chest level.
Always walk on crosswalks, sidewalks, and in the production area, within corridors marked with yellow lines .
If there is an EMERGENCY (alarm/FIRE), observe and follow the Escape Route using existing signs and pay attention to the instructions of the visit responsible.

Pay attention to tra c: Respect the speed limit (30 km/h); only park in designated area, and stop before crosswalks, follow the signs, and wear the seat belt. Remember: pedestrians always have the right-of-way.
